These terms cover buying and using StealthPDF ("the software") from stealthpdf.com ("the site"). When you buy or download it, you're agreeing to what's below.
StealthPDF is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0). You can read the full text at github.com/aabhpsy/StealthPDF/blob/main/LICENSE.
Your purchase gives you:
The source stays free under GPL-3.0. You're welcome to clone, build, change, and share it under that license at no cost.
The $9.99 covers the parts that take our time rather than the features themselves:
You're not paying to unlock features, since those are all in the free source. You're paying for the compiled build, the delivery, and the support behind it.
Payments run securely through Stripe. We don't store or see your full card details. Prices are in USD.
Once your payment goes through, you get a download link. It works for 24 hours or three downloads, whichever comes first. Need a fresh one? Just ask.
We keep a 14-day refund policy. If StealthPDF won't run on your machine or isn't what you hoped, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
The software comes "as is," with no warranty of any kind. As the GPL-3.0 spells out, there's no warranty for the program as far as the law allows.
We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage from using, or not being able to use, the software. The most we'd owe is what you paid ($9.99).
We may update these terms now and then. Changes take effect once they're posted here, and using the software afterward means you accept them.
For support, a refund, or questions about these terms, open an issue on GitHub or email support@stealthpdf.com.
